Thank you everyone so much for the encouragement! I finally did week 5 day 3 this morning, making the entire 20 minutes!!! I'm so excited. I did slow down as my most natural feeling pace is about 6.7 mph. This morning I ran more like 6.0 mph. I'm really excited to see I'm running 20 times the amount I did when I started
. I remember that first day. Run 60 s, walk 90s. I almost died. Now I ran 20 min. no stops without that same discomfort!! Thank you all so much and please keep the advise and support coming.
