calorie goals

Hi,
I am a getting back in the saddle on a journey to a healthy weight.
I would love it if you could suggest what a daily calorie goal should be around for me to lose pounds in a healthy manner. I am 5'3" and currently weigh 149lbs. My total cholesterol is high and recently I began statins.
My goal weight (as per my doc) should at least135lbs.
