Stronglifts 5x5 | Split Workouts Morn/Night

I'm wondering if there are any disadvantages to splitting up the SL workout between morning and afternoon. My gym is in my garage with no A/C and it's super hot except early morning/late evening, but I don't have time in the morning to do the entire workout. I was thinking of doing squats at 5:30 am, then doing the rest in the late evening once it cools down. Thoughts?

I don't see any issue with breaking it up that way.
You still have plenty of recovery time before the next lifting session.

Why not just do it all in the evening? The workout doesn't last too long, especially when you decrease it to 3 sets of 5reps with 3-5 minute rests between sets when the weights get high. You can stretch or do accessory work in the morning if you desire (stretch, chin/pull ups, abs, curls). These are unlikely to interfere with your main movements in the evening as long as you don't go ham.

It should work......but I like to get it over with, maybe get up a little earlier (I'm a morning person....) or, as hamstermanV2 suggested, do it all in the evening.
