1/2 marathon training

Starting back with serious training regimen for my second 1/2 marathon, Wine and Dine at WDW Nov 6. Monday is the most challenging day because I did 56 minutes of interval training starting at dawn. Then at 2 pm was personal training session with emphasis on strength and core. Tuesday just interval training of 3 miles. Wed and Thurs and hour of metabolic and repeat strength and core. Friday is rest day. Saturday is long interval run walk day again at dawn because I live in New Orleans. Despite all my efforts in preparing for and finishing TinkerBell 1/2 this past May, I haven't lost much weight and I do have weight to lose. Still not bad for a 63 year old lady who never ran anywhere before I started this quest in early 2016. Here I go again!
