Starting all over again and in need of motivational people!

Hi there, I completely fell off the wagon there for a while but have regained my motivation once again. But one thing I have learned about weight loss is that I'm not very good at doing it by myself! so feel free to add me if you are the same. WE CAN DO THIS! peace x

    I am right there with you! I last a day or two and then blow it and try again a month or two later. How long does it take to become a habit?
  • 21 days to form a habit. Dont look at it as blowing it. If you "cheat" start again the next day. Honestly as long as you arent going over by 700 calories...Dont worry! :) Im ready to help everyone! Lets do this!
