Losing weight is not my main goal.

Although I think I have a few pounds to lose my goals lean more towards getting in better shape and trying to prove to myself that you can be in great shape after 50. So far I have been working with a trainer for 12 weeks and am in the best shape of my life but need to take it to the next level. My main goal is a six pack at 55.
