Still trying!

Hi. I've been on MFP for over a year and keep losing and gaining back the same few pounds. I seem to over eat at night and I'm have a hard time controlling my bad habit. I have 3 children under the age of 5 and when they go to sleep is when I feel I could just rela and watch a movie and have a snack. The problem is the I usually crave salt so out comes the popcorn or Cheetos and then I'm like an addict and I can't put down the bag. It's so bad that if my husband ask to share I give him a dirty look like how could you be interrupting my time. I know I have a problem but I can't seem to break it. What can I do to break the habit????
