If you can stream I suggest looking at:
Fitnessblender.com
12 Week IdealShape Up Challenge
15 Day Fight the Fat Challenge
sparkpeople.tv/
DVD wise I liked:
X-TrainFit at Home (kind of a love/hate with this one...found the trainer annoying, but it was a good balance of strength and cardio)
Rockin' Body (good for cardio, but you will still probably want to do some strength training along with it)1 -
Keep in mind that exercise alone will not make you lose weight - that is your caloric intake. Workout DVDs can help get you motivated and moving, and exercise is very important. For me, though, home is home and the gym is the gym. Many people can handle doing their workout at home, but for me, I need the disconnect, if that makes sense. If you find yourself in the same hole, check out local gyms in your area. And lift weights.0

I've heard from many people that Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is good. It's on Youtube! I did the first work out and I liked it because it wasn't just repetitive motions. It's also only 20 minutes.1
