I do great on my diet all day until late evening then I eat and don't stop. I am not starving myself but still want to eat all the time.

You can fit 16/8 or 20/4 intermittent fasting into that lifestyle. You just need to plan a little better and know when your planned meals are eaten, YOU'RE FINISHED! It's a matter of self-control and removing foods that might trigger cravings/hunger beyond what your body needs.

Your diary shows you mostly eat UNDER your planned calories except for once or twice when you went over by a couple hundred cals. Maybe consistency is the issue. Your cals seem very low to begin with. Seems like you undereat most days then binge on others. Is that the issue?

I have the exact problem but the only way I've managed to overcome this was to just resist, I find it gets easier and easier the longer you go on without binging at night, just ensure you're not starving yourself and eat decent quality food to provide your body with good nutrition. I will add is you will have moments of weakness even if you were a month or two into the diet, just keep your progress in mind at that point and if you do give in for one night just get straight back into it the next day.

Are you binging and not logging the binges? You eat below your calorie deficit almost every day. I saw some under 1000 calories days.

I can say that eating below your calorie deficit will have you in loosing weight too aggressively and if those binges are not logged, then you are binging because you do not eat enough during the day.

Eating at night is alright and you can still make progress towards your goals if you stay in your calorie goal. If you like eating in the evening, then save some calories for that time and be sure to log them.

I am sure being consistent would help. Popcorn is my food of choice. I need to log better, I have work to do. I go to the gym for training 3 times a week.
