Sportline 630 HRM HELP PLEASE

Hey guys,
I have the Sportline 630 HRM and I can't seem to get it to work. Clearly, I'm doing something wrong. I followed the manual in setting it up, and YES it is coded properly. When I put on the chest strap and I hit the "heart rate button" on the watch, the little heart beats but doesn't ever give me a reading. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? :flowerforyou:
