Best crunchy snack? Low Cal?

I have an issue with when I'm bored I want to eat something crunchy... Anything. Which most of the time in this house is cookies.
--__--
Attempting to stay away from them. I noticed the calorie intake in the amount of cookies consumed in one day. HOLY COOKIES.
Not very good. So any ideas? Tips? Tricks? : ) Thank you so much! : )

Hmmm....I guess I don't really consider cookies a crunch snack but a sweet snack.

If you want crunchy, these are pretty good: http://www.specialk.com/en_us/products/cracker-chips.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=special%20k%20cracker%20chips&utm_content=Special+K+Cracker+Chips_Exact&utm_campaign=Intention_Cracker+Chips_HV&gclid=CL-b_4rRp7gCFWNgMgod6yoATQ

If you want sweet, I love Skinny Cow chocolate candy and the 20 calorie Flavor Ice popsicles

I like veggie chips. They're close enough to normal chips that they satisfy the salty craving. I have to pre-portion the bag, though, or I'll eat a couple servings at a time.
  • Boom Chicka Pop popcorn--amazing and like 35 cals a cup!

Veggie sticks are crunchy and low cal. Carrots, cucumbers, celery, sugar snap peas, etc. You can also make a dip with reduced fat sour cream or yogurt and still keep it fairly low cal.

Depending on how many you eat, chips and salsa isn't too high calorie.

There are several puffed or baked chips available that can be a low calorie snack.

Yes, the Cracker Chips. They're quite delicious. I enjoy the Sea Salt and the Sour Cream and Onion the best - the latter tastes almost identical to regular chips, but is 110 calories for 27 chips.

I suggest veggie sticks, which I think tastes just like potato chips but lesser calories.

Pop chips, which is a really good chips without the high calories.

Tortilla chips & salsa is good if you eat it in moderation.

Or you can snack on some vegetables like celery and peanut butter.

Besides those veggies listed, I LOVE Radishes! There's nothing quite like a crunch of a radish and they're easy to grab and go! I like to pair them with a cheese stick!

Quaker popped chips.. I like all the flavors but the apple one is my favorite! It gives you that crunch that you crave and come in sweet or savory flavors. They are also gluten free!
  • Aren't vege chips high in fat??? Is there a particular brand that is good?
