Help, Please!

Hi, I have 130 calories, 6g of fat, and 49 protein left, but no carbs...and I am hungry...Does anyone have any advice on what to have, that is filling without carbs? I am thinking raw veggies, fruit, but am unsure...Thanks to any suggestions you may have!

    Go for a walk or do a quick workout ... you'll probably still be hungry afterward but you'll also have more calories to work with.

    Have a large salad. You could add a hard boiled egg or just make scrambled eggs.

    Veggies have carbs in them - go for a pure protein like reduced-fat string cheese, just 70 calories and the protein takes care of that hunger.

    Have a nonfat Greek yogurt.
