I want to run today; should I still do Insanity Pure Cardio?

I'm in my 4th week of Insanity so I only have a few workouts left in the Month 1 of Insanity! I'm really enjoying the program and have been sticking with the schedule.
Previous to doing Insanity I was running 4-5 days per week, and I have been doing very little of that since I started Insanity. I really want to get a run in today, but it's the "Pure Cardio & Carido Abs" video today.
So my question is: Should I just not run and do the video? Should I run and not do the video? Or should I do both? I was thinking of doing anywhere from a 4-6 mile run today.
Thanks!

I usually ran first, then if I didn't get a good run in (for a myriad of different factors) I would do the video. Hope that helps!0
