Hi everybody!

Just found the community after using MFP mobile for 5-6 weeks.

Doing this all again - 5 years ago had a goal to complete a triathlon. Worked out for months, lost about 50 pounds, and finished it. Problem was once I completed my goal I stopped. Completely - well except for the eating part.

So I gained it all back + a bonus 20 pounds or so. I now have about 100 pounds to lose. Ugh.

Question is - how do you all stay motivated AFTER you have reached your goal?
