What are broad shoulders?

Hey guys, so just wanted to know (out of curiosity) what are considered broad shoulders? And what will be considered broad on a girl who's 5'4.

I just measured my shoulders and they're 39 inches in circumference and around 15.5 - 16 inches in width. What category do mine come in? Thank you ❤️❤️

    This made me curious as i'm the same height, mine are 37 diameter and 16 in width :)

    I'm also 5'4 and mine are 43" around or 15.5" across. I'm broad shouldered like my mom.
