Meditation podcasts

I'm trying to make meditation a part of my daily routine and was wondering if anyone could recommend any guided meditations, particularly to start the day or to listen to before or after a workout. I have found that I enjoy "body scan" type meditations in the past because they have helped me feel strong, motivated and grateful. Would love to find something similar.

I actually was just listening to her yesterday but I got so distracted by her sibilant s's! It sounds like a slurry "sh" and it was driving me bonkers. Maybe I need to give her another try.0

reggie ray has been teaching somatic meditation practices for years. not everyone's cup of tea but it you like guided body scans and such, maybe these:
