I'm trying to make meditation a part of my daily routine and was wondering if anyone could recommend any guided meditations, particularly to start the day or to listen to before or after a workout. I have found that I enjoy "body scan" type meditations in the past because they have helped me feel strong, motivated and grateful. Would love to find something similar.
