Overcoming BED Behaviors

I've never been formally diagnosed with BED, but I binge almost everyday, and that's been a major contributor to my life-long weight gain. I was just wondering for those of you out there with BED what you do to stay accountable and lose weight.

Oh man! I'm in your shoes and I have to say one of the biggest things that is helping me right now is being accountable to someone for what I spend money on. I can keep junk out of the house as much as I want, but if I don't have someone looking at my receipts when I come home from the store or at the end of the week, I buy stuff to binge on constantly.0
