Hi World! I'll get right to it!
I started following a ketogenic lifestyle on June 23,2016. What I've noticed, is if you do a cheat day on your birthday, it throws you way out of whack. Getting back into and maintaining ketosis can be difficult. Fortunately, I use a product called Keto-OS and it has cut that time way down. I've also found that the scale is as much an enemy as it is your friend. I now look at the fat loss percentage and base were I am on that verses my total body weight. So while I've gained in weight and body fat (bf), I'm super close up my bf number at my lowest weigh in! I look forward to any comments or thoughts. Cheers!
