I have been actively dieting the past 3 weeks and have lost 15lbs! I am not really following a certain diet. I am just trying to eat healthier and watch my calories; it definitely seems to be working so far. Weight loss has been a huge struggle for me since I was 9 years old and I'm determined to change my life and eating habits. I have a 2 year old daughter and I want to be a good example for her.
I don't have much support at home, which is why I am here. I look forward to talking with like-minded people. Let the journey begin!
