I have a liver and kidneys. They do great!! In all seriousness, detoxes are just a diet industry woo term to sell books and programs and to generate webpage traffic. You don't need to do that to yourself.

This. Your body does very well on a lifetime green food "detox" by eating things that are green and grow in the ground and then going to the potty later. Anything else is just marketing a different way to restrict calories.

I just eat vegetables and/or fruit if I feel like just flushing stuff out. I don't buy any detox program/juices. Good luck though if you buy it.

Better idea: Go 10 days without eating any highly processed food. Give that a try- much more fun.
Best detox is to stop putting junk in your body.

Nope. Detox = nonsense. Unless you"re a drug our alcohol addict you don't need to detox and even then it should be done by professionals not by drinking juice.

I tried one once. I spent a lot of time in the bathroom contemplating the life choices that got me there.

    0/10 would not repeat.
