Younger women w/ natural hourglass or pear shape *Looking to shed 10-20 lbs*

Hi. As women with pear or HG shaped bodies most of our weight gain and fluctuation appears in our lower abs and hip, rather than our uppers abs chest and arms. I'm back on MFP after a couple years going MIA I think it helps a bit more when you're reaching your goals with those carrying similar body composition and weight gain areas.
