Hi I too was a WW and only lost 3 pounds. Now at a nutritionist and my weight has not budged yet. My goals are 11-1350 calories, 0-120 carb, fat 50-100, protein 70-130.. I love the nutritionist she has got it together, but I think its my 42 year old, post menopausal body that doesnt want to get rid of the fat...0
