Also, let me start by saying, my diary is open. And I choose to have it this way in order for others to get an idea of how/what I'm eating.
I also enjoy viewing other people's diaries. Doing so sometimes gives me new food, snack or meal ideas.Or if one chooses, I can offer feedback based on what has been entered. (Only if one asks for such feedback)

Other than that, a little bit about me:
I'm currently studying to be a CFT through NASM. I have been working out and trying to live a healthy lifestyle for over 6 years. I don't diet, I simply watch what I eat and practice portion control. There are days that I want to eat whatever, there are days that I don't want to workout, there are days where I want to say to heck with this lifestyle I'm gonna do what I want. I'm human. And I'm not perfect.
