Been on MFP for a while but checked out the last few months because it was so much to keep up with. I realize I need the accountability so I'm back! I would love friends that don't just want to recieve encouragement but to give it as well.

I started myfitnesspal when I came to the United states in 2011. Always been a heavy boy and felt lonely. After losing 100 lbs and gaining it back, I realized that sticking to the plan makes one successful, however I fell off the wagon and soon all that I accomplished came to nothing. I am in no position to judge anyone about who they are. It has been a rough road and the pictures that I see tell the truth. However, there is something that can be fixed. Changing the way one thinks can really make a difference. Discovering the fact that myfitnessfal was there was such a joy to me at first, but then without taking a time to use it everyday was a self-sabotaging factor for me. No one would ever would tackle this for me. I have to do this.0
