I'm a newbie

Hi everyone! I'm Kelly and I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and I keep hopping on and off myfitnesspal but I really want to stick to it and lose this stubborn weight! I've only got less than a stone to lose but it's the hardest bit to lose so I need some motivation to keep me going!

I love running and I'm getting into yoga. I really want to get into strength training but I don't have a clue where to start with that so some advice would be good!
