Hi
I seem to not lose weight on the calculated amount of calories based on my stats that I input. I am using a fitbit. It seems like I have 1 625calories to lose weight. But I only start losing if I take 1200. I find that I am hungry all the time when taking 1200 calories only. please help.

the first thing people are going to ask you is to make your diary public...if we can't see your logging we won't be able to make suggestions that would actually help you.
second people are going to ask about your logging consistency: do you log everything you put into your mouth? how are you logging it? are you just using generic entries in the food database or are you building your recipe using verified foods?
third people are going to ask how you are measuring what you're eating: do you use measuring cups and spoons for everything, or are you weighing your solids using a food scale?
fourth people are going to ask for your stats: height, current weight, goal weight, any measurements you have, that sort of thing.
basically the more info you give us, the more we can help you9 -
How long did you eat 1625 calories per day before lowering to 1200?
Are you weighing solids, measuring liquids, and being sure to use good nutrition information for tracking?
What are your height, weight, age, sex, activity levels (both with and without exercise)?3 -
How consistent are you being with logging? Measure and weigh out the foods you eat so you can be as accurate as possible. If you're hungry, try more filling foods...lots of whole foods and fruits/veggies help quite a bit. Also, what are you doing for workouts. That certainly affects weight loss as well. The more intensity you can bring, the better0
