Bloat from training too much?

Did anyone ever experience extreme bloat, and/or weight loss stalled from overtraining?
I'm working on building my endurance and have been running 35-40 miles a week. I'm bloated as hell and I keep under my calorie goal.
Thanks!

If it is true bloating, it will eventually pass. However, I do have to ask, how is your sodium and potassium intake? Are there any other changes that might be causing bloating (milk products, time of the month, etc.)? It might seem counter-intuitive, buy you may need to drink more water to flush out.

Interesting.... I guess I could try drinking more and see how it is.
I thought maybe the bloat was a common thing.

I have read that during extreme training your body will try to hang on to water. I agree drinking more water is probably the right way to go.

I suffer from exactly this since I increased mileage to 30-40 miles a week it's driving me nuts! Never been great at drinking enough water so I shall try this to :)

Some supplements will also cause yo to hold water such as Creatine.
