The P.I.N.K. Method - calories burned?

My friend let me borrow her DVD's (so I can switch up my cardio) but I was wondering if anyone know how many calories the workout burn?

    I wasn't familiar with it so I looked it up- I would venture to guess it would go under "circuit training general"
