Back again - Could use some support!

I'm not new here, but have not used the discussion forum for several years. I'm in my 60's, just a little overweight, but stuck there (used to be obese, but it's been a while), have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, but none of these are giving me any problems at the moment and all are under control. I just struggle with getting down to "normal" BMI. I have other stressors in my life, but again, nothing I feel I can't handle. I would love to give and receive support from others who are also just stuck and want to keep improving their diets and their lives. Send me a friend request and we'll discover why you think we'd be good support for each other!

Welcome back. I have been on for years, but just now created a new account.

Glad you're back you know the mfp community is a great place for support. I'm 56 made goal weight a few years ago gained 16 lbs about a year ago and I'm working on getting back to goal. Let's face it this is a lifestyle change and all we can do is take it one day at a time. Let me know how I can help support you on this journey
