Struggling to reach calorie goals

Hi everyone. Everyday I log everything I eat. But not one day yet have I met me calorie goals. I've lost plenty of weight and also eat really well. I'm never hungry and eat very healthy.

    Are you eating calorie dense foods.....nuts, nut butters, avocado, olive oil, eggs, full fat dairy? Small portions, big calories.
