I weighed in this morning and I am really down about the +5 pounds I put on. I have felt heavier for a little bit now and the scale showed it this morning. I know it is all my fault for slacking off, but man 5 pounds is 5 pounds! Been working out more the past 2 weeks and plan to keep on.

I wonder though if donating plasma has anything to do with it? I have had bad weeks/days in the past and never went up 5 pounds, but the past 2 weeks since I started donating I noticed the weight. I did some research on the FEIBA NF anticoagulant they use during the process and it does not say anything about weight fluxes, so if any of you out there know anything about it let me know.

For now I am chalking it up to crap food and laziness.

Thanks
