Hunger

Does it make any sense that I feel hungrier as I have lost weight? Going on 25 pounds down. There were a couple days that I felt "hangry" and ate a lot, yet stayed within my calorie goal.

Finding the right combinations of foods help. More proteins and fiber will help, as will lowering your deficit. Also, some people get full on fats while others starches. So play with the combos.0

So many questions about hunger! Eat more food that is lower in calories and you'll stay fuller. Fruits and vegetables, with all that fiber and low-calorie content, will keep you very full.0
