50 pound bag of dog food and using a cup that holds about a half a pound. Scooping the cup in the bag and then dumping it in a bin and repeating and then bending lower and lower as I get to the bottom of the bag. I also had to hold open the lid for the dog food with the other hand and that is about a pound to a pound and a half.

I would log that in your brain as a job well done!

This is already "logged" for you as a part of your daily activity. You don't need to count it. Housework, chores, shopping, odd jobs like the one you described..etc are all already accounted for in your calorie budget. Only log deliberate exercise.

When I first started reading I thought you were asking how to log the dog food as calories eaten...

I would guess it's like 488838 calories burnt....

Or it's just part of your daily activity

I want to see the dog food container with a lid that weighs a pound to a pound and a half. That must be a big container.
