that didn't work for you? For me. I would say "diet" alone or excercising alone. I don't know if my body is stubborn or what. But in order for me to see the results that I am looking for I have to couple diet WITH exercise (cardio/strength/lifting). What is the one thing that you have noticed that works for other people, but just not you?
