ISO simple recipe

Looking for a simple (around 6 ingredients or less) recipe that is made of whole ingredients (nothing processed). Any ideas?
Also, my daughter and I both have an iron deficiency, so if you know something with iron that would be great, but it's not a big deal if not.

    Devilish Chick Spread:

    3 cups drained chickpeas
    1/2 cup mayo (I make my own vegan version)
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 Tblsp prepared yellow mustard
    1 Tblsp lemon juice
    3 Tblsp fresh chives

    Pulse everything together in the food processor until blended. Enjoy!

    (I know the mustard isn't a whole ingredient, but this is a super yummy recipe!)
  • A good, simple roast beef. Veggies and a good roast is all you need - no recipe needed, really :)
