So I've been logging everyday for 53 days and this is only my second time going out to eat (the first time I was celebrating something so I was just going to have a "cheat meal", but only ended up eating half so it worked out).
I logged what I'm getting at chipotle,

And put each thing in as 1 and 1/8 serving. Do you think that's enough or should I make it 1 and 1/2 or 1 and 1/4 or something to be most accurate? Thanks! :)

Well in my experience they usually give you at least about 1.5 cups of rice (~330 cal), and more like 5 Tbsp of sour cream (~150 cal), and 1/3-1/2 cup cheese (~146-220 cal). Can't speak to the serving of chicken as I've never ordered it. I'd say unless you ask them to go easy, you should expect larger servings of pretty much everything.
Yeah I assumed that there would be more rice in the bowl so I'll ask for half and I'm using my own sour cream at home haha thank you!
