Stupid question: What do you consider strength training? Lifting how often? How heavy? etc.. to need extra protein. What if you're mostly doing cardio (Terrible I know) and you're just starting to realize you need to add weights, etc. Different amount of protein for that? Sorry, I'm clueless.0

Doesnt matter. YOu don't really need it. Get it from lean meats, dairy, and if need be protein shakes.0

I try to consume 1g of protein for each pound of lean body mass. I get mine from food and protein shakes. I've been lifting heavy for 8 months and am yet to get bulky. Good luck0
