Turbo Fire and Ramadan

Ramadan Mubarak to all my Muslim brothers and sisters, I hope you're doing well in this heat XD

Okie dokie, so I decided to stick with my excersise routine and fast. I don't work out until I break fast, which is normally a glass of soya milk, 2 dates and 2 hard boiled eggs. Then after my workout I eat my dinner and then I go to sleep.

My biggest concern with Ramadan is how little my calorie intake is. I normally take in 1700 but I struggle to even have 1000 during this month.

I really need advice on what I should do, what foods can I eat that are nutritionally beneficial but high in calories.

Thanks xxx

Easy: nuts, eggs, avocado, cheese, cook meats in EVOO or go to town on a peanut butter jar (I do this during bulk phases). Or if all else fails, drink some chocolate milk or eat ice cream.
