Spiralizer Recipes?

Been loving my new spiralizer and have tried zucchini and sweet potatoes so far. Been using them in place of pasta or lettuce. Any other ideas? Thank you!

How did you make the sweet potato noodles? I usually cook my zucchini noodles in a little oil and garlic. Never tried sweet potato noodles
