52 YO Male from Central TN - Here to lose 50 pounds

My wife and I are both beginning week 2 of the Bistro MD 5-day food plan. We are using myfitnesspal as our daily food/exercise diary. We have not started any programatic exercise as of yet.

I'm down 7 pounds so far. That will surely slow down. I'm hoping to see a 2 pound per week loss. I'm using a 1690 calorie per day food plan.
