Upcoming Obstacles

This weekend I have to be away on Saturday and Sunday. I will be staying in a hotel overnight and I'm trying to think of ideas where I can stay on track. Lunch and snacks are easy...I can stick with what Im currently doing.....dinner may be more of a challenge....I don't necessarily want to eat out (though I know that there are plenty of helathy options out there) it is more of a cost factor for me. Any suggestions or ideas where I can have a healthy alternative to going out to eat and not having access to stovetop or even fridge (if its not in the room)....but still maintain a good caloric intake...
