And thankfully she's feeling the backlash from her actions. Remember kids - your exterior beauty can be negated by your absolutely shyte personality. And just because something was "supposed to be private" (lies: only said because you got shafted) doesn't make it any less a part of your shyte personality.

I feel so bad for the woman that was photographed & hope this Dani woman faces some harsh consequences. What she did was sick.

That was such a terrible thing to do. Taking that picture was an awful thing to do. I could not imagine violating someone's privacy like that.

Really *kitten* thing to do, I can't believe it. I'm already so self-conscious at the gym, I can't imagine someone doing that to me, it's so awful.

    Why are people complete asshats?
Shaming someone who is obviously working on bettering themselves is completely *kitten* up and I hope karma finds that *kitten*.

Part of the reasons why it's posted in many major Fitness facilities that cellphones and cameras aren't allowed to be out in the locker rooms. It's not to inconvenience anyone, it's just a rule to help keep people from doing stupid things like this.

I really dislike people (idiots) who point out other people's flaws, like haven't they got anything better to do with thier time??
Exactly, I actually feel sorry for people who embarras themselves in this way. Who are they to judge anyone else, joke

Like you pointing out that other people point out flaws in others? Wouldn't Fat Shaming/Fit Shaming be a mental or social flaw, that you're point out?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what your saying
What I'm saying is I don't find it a good trait in people especially adults taking time to point out perceived flaws in others
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth

So fat shame shaming is better than fat shaming... I get it. As long as we shame the 'right' people, it's OK. Cool.

Wtf are you talking about??? And yes, there is people that deserve to be shamed... Molestors, bullies, theives, etc. Ya know, bad moral character? People should not be shamed for something like their appearance. That's crazy.

Just imagine being that poor woman in the image. I feel so bad for her. I hope she gets retribution somehow. I'd sue dani. But she's probably too ashamed to come forward.

My gym is the tits. Has 3 pools, one is a kids pool area with fountains and a slide. Polar plunge. Large 20 person hot tub in men's locker room, tennis, racquet ball, bball, track, and yes wall mounted head hair (hand)dryers and lower hand dryers. You should see these old cats air drying themselves and lounging in the hot tub. Literally no shame in the game

Whether she meant it as a 'joke' or not between her and a friend that doesn't give you the right to take naked pictures of another unsuspecting person. So so much wrong. Some people just....wow....

Yeah idk about the States but in NZ this is illegal and falls under "trespass to person". This Dani woman is an idiot, anybody who justifies this is also an idiot.

I believe it's illegal in the states as well. Supposedly the police are "looking into it". We'll see.

No kidding, let's make fun of someone for trying to be healthy. People can be so dumb and so so cruel

Yeah. Not much to add. It's an awful thing to do to a person. And it's a crime to take nude photos of people without their consent.

looks like nobody's going to un-see what she did, either. kind of funny how her cute little 'joke' text seems to work in both directions, ain't it.

it's nice to see that the gym chain took it seriously, although it's kind of hard to know how they could have done anything else if they wanted to keep clientele.

The police are involved and she will likely be charged with a crime. Sadly it is only a misdemeanor with max sentence of $1,000 or 6 months in jail. Frankly, I kind of wish I was the naked women. I'd sue the pom pom off her bunny @ss! She hasn't been identified yet, but someone knows who she is and it's only a matter of time before she's on Inside Edition or TMZ.

As someone posted to Ms Mather's twitter account (before she deleted it). Vile.
