Help needed

Hi everyone, I need help with the final push of my diet and fitness plan. I've lost loads of weight, got that flat belly I was after and even have the start of abs but I cannot seam to shift that last layer of fat from
My stomach? Diet is still very good. Loads of salad, chicken breast without skin, fish and so on. But still cannot seam to get rid of that last bit. I'm down to 13% body fat and need to get below 10 to start seeing the next results. I use the gym 3 to 4 times
A week as well, plus the odd swimming session. Hope someone can help thanks

    It is pretty hard to maintain below 10% bodyfat. You are starting to get to ideal bodyfat already. You could be retaining a little bit of water depending of your sodium intake. At this level you should be tracking your macros and know how many calories you burn per day. Maybe try something new like limiting carbs. The most important thing however is to stay on caloric deficit. Good luck!
