Hi everyone!
This is my first week on the plan so I know I wont know too much about it but I tried this recipe last night (found at the side of the strawberry milk carton) and I loved it so much I had to share it!
Ingerdients
478 ml Moo Milk Strawberry Flavour (less than 2% fat)
Sugar free Hartleys strawberry jelly powder sachet
Fresh strawberries
Fresh Mint (Optional)
Method
Pour the powder sachet into a jug and add the boiling hot water to make up to 100 mls.
Add the Strawberry Milk Shake to make up to a pint.
Whisk until bubbily and then separate into six little jars.
Put in the fridge to set.
When it starts to set, quarter a strawberry and place on top of the moose along with a mint leaf (just to look pretty) then return until it is fully set!
Then... Enjoy!
Please note though that this is per serving. The whole thing altogether comes to 376 calories so if you are making a smaller amount of servings then you will have to calculate the calories for your serving
