I may have overdone it yesterday

Although I do have chronic back pain I went out for 2 walks for yesterday exercise, I know I over done it as I'm really feeling it today, I can barely move and the pain is going from the back of my legs right up my back so not sure whether to rest over the weekend or try and fight it, my worry is if I do too much i'm going to burn myself out and not be able to continue.

Don't do too much then you won't burn yourself out. Start in small increments to fink your threshold.

One walk, not two. Build up to increasing your distance/time.

Take months to build up not days.

Better to rest for a day or two by the sounds of it. Don't push yourself too hard at first.

Don't hurt yourself. Especially if you (heaven forbid) hurt yourself so badly you put yourself out of commission. Take it slow. And build up your workouts as you build up strength and stamina.

The more weight the harder the stress on your body. Take it slow and do it safely.

    Good luck!

And if you're hurting that bad in a few days talk to your dr or chiropractor if you have one. Best to be safe.
