It's so hard to get back into the eating correct again after cheating on your diet. Feel like I feel off track. I know it's not healthy to really stay at extremely low bf% but I need to find my way back to clean eating. The two kids make it harder because you always want what they snack on when the get a treat. Need to find my motivation again and start lean bulking for next year. Big plans of gaining a lb of lean mass a month.

Competition dieting can do a lot of mental damage with how restrictive many coaches make it. Instead of trying to go back to the restrictive "clean" way of eating, it's a good idea to learn balance in dieting. Continuing to keep those cheat foods in your diet through bulking and even your next prep can make the rebound/post show cheating feel far less necessary. It will make back to back shows a breeze since you're not feeling as restricted.
