Legs workout 3 days a week....pls pls pls reply

I m unable to do leg press..leg extension..leg curls...calf raises at the same time..same day...how cn i split it..???

    Why can't you do them the same day? Are you following a program or just picking machines at the gym?

    Id imagine doing multiple exercise at one time would be a challenge. Try doing one after the other.
    Jokes aside, there is no reason why you can't work the various muscles in your legs on the same day.

    I know some Women at my gym will seperate their leg workouts. They may do glutes and hamstrings one training day. Then quads on another, etc. I do it all in one day. I don't have the time to do seperate leg days.

    What do your sets look like and what is the difficulty in completing these movements in one gym session?

    I'm confused about what you're asking. Are you working your legs 3 days a week and want to know how to split things up or are you having a hard time doing these particular exercises at the same time. Maybe you need to cut down on how many exercises you do or the reps or # of sets. It's hard to answer your question the way you posted it.
