I've been on this site now for a little over a week and I love it!
I don't mind entering in all the items I eat and finding out what I am truly consuming. I am surprised by a lot of things that I have been putting into my system. My goal is 60 pounds and I have a personal trainer that I am seeing twice a week. I just had my last check in on Tuesday and I lost 3 pounds and a ton of inches. I cannot wait until my weight starts dropping like crazy.

Hi!!!! I just joined yesterday...AND LOVE IT!!! The fact that I'm being held accountable, by having to enter in all of my foods, has truly stopped me from senseless eating!!!! Good luck to you! :happy:0
