I recently had my resting metabolic rate test and it is slow for a person of my size, age, and gender 1111 RMR. Does anyone know if there is a way to manually set it on my fitness pal?

Your rmr will not include your regular daily activity and calories from exercise.
Once you decide what calories you should be eating, you can set it manually under goals I think.0 -

There under goals you see calorie and macronutrients goals. You can enter it manually there.
