I am trying to add a hiit workout and it says it's not on there. Has anyone else added it?

I have added some of my own cardio workouts, since many activities I do are not in the database. If you're in the app, just go to your diary and tap "cardiovascular," like you're going to log an existing activity. Then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list and you will have an option to create an exercise.
ETA: You will, of course, have to enter in an estimated calories burned for the exercise. This can be tricky, especially for HIIT, because heart rate/activity monitors aren't really great for calculating calories burned with HIIT: http://www.heartratemonitor.co.uk/best-heart-rate-for-hiit/1 -
Perfect! To do it you have to know the amount of calories too. I went online and it said it's 15 calories every min. I added it. Thank you so much.0

Just log it as circuit training, general.2 -

Depending on the type of HIIT, really anything reliable from a HRM is out the window as far as calorie burn goes. The lag time in HR rise and the lack of stopped time would grossly inflate the calorie burn due to the elevated HR reading.
But on the up side, most people doing HIIT are going to burn more calories on the warm up and cool down then they will doing the HIIT itself. Even with power measures in place, people are only going to output at real high intensities for limited time.0
